A STEAKHOUSE chain is to expand in to Scotland this month with the launch of a new restaurant in Edinburgh.
Miller & Carter, which operates 30 sites down south, claims the new 150-cover venue at Cramond Brig will create 50 jobs.
“Finding the right location for a Miller & Carter is one of the things that helps make our steakhouses so special,” said restaurant manager David Jardine.
“The new site is easy to reach from right across the city, and the coaching house-styled building provides us with a unique venue with a distinct feel and personality.”
