A HOTEL in an east Fife village known for its golf courses is being marketed by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
The former Lundin Links Hotel, in the village of Lundin Links, ceased trading in January.
The ‘C-listed’, three-storey property is said to offer 13,000 square feet of accommodation, comprising 19 letting rooms, a conservatory, dining room, two function rooms, lounge, bar, kitchen, and manager’s accommodation, as well as a staff changing area and laundry.
Jonathan Reid of Shepherd said that due to the hotel’s location the firm anticipates “keen interest” in the property.
No price has been set for the property and interested parties are invited to contact the selling agent.
