COLLIERS International is marketing Ancarraig Lodges near Drumnadrochit at a reduced price, offering prospective buyers the chance to pick up the 12-lodge site for £545,000.
The site is described as having “excellent potential for further development”.
The sale of Ancarraig Lodges comes after Colliers handled the sale of nearby Invermoriston Holidays lodge park from a guide price of £595,000.
The property agent’s Richard Moss said the efforts of Invermoriston’s previous owners had provided “an excellent base from which to further develop the park, to generate additional growth and trade”.
“The park attracted interest from across the UK and the eventual sale to a relocating park operator further reaffirms the confidence in the Scottish self-catering industry,” said Moss.
