THE Park Hotel in Kilmarnock has been purchased from Kilmarnock Football Club thanks to a £1.5 million funding package from Santander Corporate Banking.
Craig Dickson of Christie Finance, who brokered the financial package for new owner The Park Hotel Ayrshire Limited, said the firm was “delighted” to have secured funding for the acquisition.
The 50-bedroom, four-star hotel was purpose built adjacent to Kilmarnock FC’s Rugby Park stadium in 2002.
