A HOTEL overlooking Banff Harbour and the north east coastline is up for sale.
Located on High Street, the County Hotel has seven letting bedrooms, a dining room and restaurant; the hotel, which is 45 minutes’ drive from Aberdeen, also has owner’s accommodation.
Jackie MacGregor, of selling agent ASG, said the current owners have established an “enviable reputation” for the hotel.
“The County Hotel will be particularly attractive to either small companies looking to add a hotel to their estate or hands on operators, such as a chef proprietor, who could take the hotel on to its next stage,” said MacGregor.
Offers around £425,000 are sought for the hotel.
