THE Chester Hotel in Aberdeen is open for business following a £5 million refurbishment.

Hoteliers Graham and Gillian Wood, who also own The Chester Residence in Edinburgh, began the refurbishment of the 19th century listed building last spring.
The Queen’s Road venue now comprises 54 bedrooms including two suites, the IX Restaurant and a gym.
Graham Wood said the hotel represents an “exciting new addition to Aberdeen’s high end hotel, dining and entertaining scene”.
