OPERATORS seeking the chance to gain a foothold in Edinburgh’s new town might be interested in The Bellevue on Broughton Street.
The venue, which occupies a corner position, can accommodate 35 diners on the ground floor; there’s also a mezzanine level with seating area overlooking the main bar.
Barry McNeil of Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, said The Bellevue was refurbished “to a very high standard” in 2013 and attracts a broad clientele.
Christie & Co is seeking offers over £75,000 for the leasehold interest.
