A RECENTLY-refurbished bar in the Clackmannanshire town of Alloa has come onto the books of property agent Bruce & Co.
Purchased two years ago by the current owners, The Station Bar has undergone a full refurbishment, according to Bruce & Co.
The premises comprises a traditionally-furnished ‘snug’ bar, a 40-cover restaurant, which is currently used as a lounge, and a function room with its own separate entrance and bar. The commercial kitchen is said to have had a recent equipment upgrade.
“Gaining its name from the prominent position on a corner spot opposite the old Alloa railway station, the business attracts a lot of passing trade,” said Bruce & Co in a statement.
The bar is on the market at £199,995 for the freehold.
