Business by Gleneagles offers scope for expansion, agent says

A HIGH street restaurant that’s close to this year’s Ryder Cup venue is on the market.
The Old Tudor in Auchterarder, which is around five minutes away from Gleneagles, is up for sale due to the current owner’s retirement.

Property firm Bruce & Co, which is marketing the property, said the business currently trades six days a week, from 9am to 4pm, and, therefore, offers scope for further development.
Selling agent Safa Sultan said it offers a “fantastic opportunity to purchase a well-established restaurant in a desirable area”.
“Our clients are selling due to their wish to retire allowing a potential buyer to take over the reputation they have built up in their 20 years at the business, whilst also offering the chance to expand,” said Sultan.
Offers of £225,000 are sought for the freehold.
