THE firm behind Edinburgh restaurant Kyloe has launched an online petition to save a cow sculpture outside the premises after the council called for it to be removed.
The cow has hung from the first floor window of the restaurant, which is part of Signature Pub Group’s Rutland Hotel, for the past two years.
According to Signature, the sculpture helped customers locate the restaurant during the tram works.
The council reportedly said it has a “detrimental effect on the character of the listed building”.
