A NEW wine bar and restaurant has opened in Edinburgh following the refurbishment of a former Chinese takeaway.
Rollo, on Raeburn Place in Stockbridge, was purchased by the Rollo family in December, in a deal negotiated by The Restaurant Agency.
“We are delighted to be opening our first venture in Edinburgh following on from our past successes in Pitlochry, Australia and New Zealand,” said owner George Rollo.
