GERMAN coffee machine manufacturer Sielaff has launched its Ultima Duo push-button model to the UK on-trade.
The model incorporates the manufacturer’s ‘module’ design, which allows operators to custom build their machine, selecting from a variety of options including a fresh milk fridge, a filter coffee module with cup warming deck and a three cupboard storage plinth.
The Ultima Duo also uses the firm’s “bean-to-cup” system, which is said to be capable of handling a broad range of speciality coffees and hot chocolate.
Karen Nash, Sielaff UK general manager, said the Ultimo Duo benefits from strong visual appeal, describing the coffee maker as a “striking looking machine”.
“It will look particularly good in prestige locations,” said Nash.
“But more than that, this unit represents the latest in brewing technology, so you can be sure that good looks are backed by functionality and reliability.”
