PURSLANE restaurant in the capital has joined forces with patissier and chocolatier Sebastian Kobelt to host a dessert-only tasting evening on Monday (January 13).

Kobelt, a former World Chocolate Masters finalist, will showcase his five-course ‘Sweet Take Over’ dessert menu, with each ‘course’ paired with a different wine.
“We are excited for Sebastian’s debut in the new year and hope to make it a permanent fixture at the restaurant,” said Paul Gunning, head chef and proprietor at Purslane.
