A RESTAURANT in Whiting Bay on the Isle of Arran has come onto the market.
Occupying a beach-side location with views of The Holy Isle and the Firth of Clyde, Coast Restaurant is up for sale to allow the current owners to move back to the mainland.
The restaurant offers 40 covers in the main building and conservatory, with space for an additional 20 covers on an outside decking area.
Jonathan Clough, director of property firm Smith & Clough, which is handling the sale, said the property would “ideally suit an owner/operator, a couple, or a family”.
