A CAFE unit on the south side of Glasgow that’s said to offer potential for use as a restaurant is up for sale.
The former Boni’s Cafe in Clarkston previously traded as a coffee shop and confectioner.
The space, which covers 1200 sq ft on the ground floor and 1145 sq ft on the first floor, is available to rent as one unit or separately as two.
“This is a highly prominent trading position,” said Peter Darroch, director of property firm CDLH.
“In addition there is an affluent and substantial catchment within only five to ten minutes’ walk of the premises.”
The ground floor unit is on the market for a rent of ÂŁ25,000 per annum, with the first floor space available by separate negotiation.
