THE team behind restaurant chain Cook and Indi’s World Buffet has expanded its internationally-themed menu to include burgers, a carvery and a kids’ section at its venue in Darnley, near Glasgow.
The new menu options join the expansive range of buffet items which is said to number over 100 dishes comprising five different international cuisines.
Indi Singh, who founded the chain with Cook Gill in 2011, said the new dishes “are already going down a treat”.
