PUNCH Taverns has appointed selling agents Colliers International and Ryden to find a new tenant for a Stirlingshire hotel which is set to benefit from a £300,000 investment by the pubco.
The 12-bedroom Black Bull in the village of Killearn is in line to receive an interior refurbishment and new exterior signage as part of the investment in the 19th century inn.
Paul Shiells, of Colliers International, said the Punch Taverns investment would “revitalise an already popular destination pub”, offering “an excellent opportunity for a new partner to develop the food, drink and accommodation offering of the Black Bull”.
