TWO “ready to trade” restaurant opportunities in Ayrshire have come onto the market with property agent CDLH.
Anise Indian Kitchen on Prestwick’s Main Street is being marketed with a price tag of offers over £375,000 for the freehold, while offers over £250,000 are being sought for the former Zayka restaurant in Stewarton.
