A HIGHLAND hotel with three separate revenue streams has come onto the books of ASG Commercial.
Located in the town of Thurso, the Holburn Hotel has nine en suite letting bedrooms, a 60-cover lounge bar called No 16, which has an outside decking area, and the Red Pepper restaurant, which is said to offer a “more formal dining experience and a more intimate ambience”.
Paul Hart, director at ASG Commercial, said: “The investment in the structure and fabric of the building is clearly evident and improved facilities and infrastructure has in turn created a strong demand for the hotel’s services and an excellent resultant turnover.”
Offers over £560,000 are sought.
