A NEW owner is being sought for a 19th century former coaching inn in the Borders town of Langholm.
Located on the town’s High Street, the B-listed Crown Hotel has ten en suite bedrooms, two bars, meeting and function rooms and a coffee shop; the property also features a five-room owner’s flat.
Alistair Letham, of selling agent Colliers International, said the current owners are based in the south of England and have operated the business under management or management lease since they acquired it six years ago.
“With its location on the main A7 it offers a good flow of potential custom passing its door and with a very steady level of income, the Crown Hotel is a perfect home and business for resident owners,” he said.
Colliers International is inviting offers around ÂŁ300,000 for the Crown Hotel.
