A ROYAL Deeside property known locally as ‘The Jungle’ is up for sale.
Originally built as a private residence in the 1890s, the Deeside Hotel in Ballater sits within one-acre of walled gardens and grounds, which are said to have earned the property its nickname.
The hotel has nine letting bedrooms as well as three-bedroom owner’s accommodation and a separate two-bedroom chalet, which can be used for staff accommodation.
Commercial property agency Scottish Business Centre, which is marketing the hotel with an asking price of £695,000, said there is scope to grow the business.
