THE firm behind fish and chips restaurant brand Harry Ramsden’s is set to launch a new franchising option.
The initiative will enable Harry Ramsden’s franchisees to take the brand to high streets across the country through what the owners are calling ‘traditional locals’ – premises of around 1000 sq ft located “in the heart of heavily populated towns, cities and suburbs”.
Harry Ramsden’s CEO Joe Teixeira said interest from potential franchisees across the UK has prompted the firm to revise its target of 100 outlets within five years upward.
