Easy opportunity in the city

AN opportunity to take the controls of a Glasgow hotel has arisen.

Property agent CDLH has been instructed to find a buyer for the former easyHotel on Hill Street in the city centre.
The 126-bedoom hotel was built in 2011 and opened in early 2012 before closing in May of this year.
CDLH director Alan Creevy said he expects a high level of interest in the property.
“The former easyHotel has a first class location at the heart of Glasgow city centre, immediately across from Glasgow’s Thistle Hotel and adjacent to the Travelodge,” he said. “This is an ideal location for a limited service hotel, with multi-storey parking across the road, easy access to the M8 motorway and, of course, all that Glasgow has to offer in the way of retailing, entertainment and commercial activities.”
