Selling agent Christie & Co is marketing the venue on behalf of the current owner, who has owned the business for the past 34 years.
The ground floor restaurant can accommodate 100 covers while the function suite on the first floor of the building has a capacity of over 200 and currently hosts a variety of events, including birthday parties and weddings.
