A COUNTRY house hotel in Dumfriesshire has come onto the books of property agent Bruce & Co.
Originally built as a shooting lodge for Closeburn Castle, Trigony House Hotel is set in three acres and comprises nine letting bedrooms, including one garden suite with a conservatory and private garden; there’s also separate three-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Bruce & Co’s Alan Maxwell, who is marketing the hotel with a price tag of £725,000, said the property offers scope for expansion.
“The business is trading extremely successfully but has potential for further expansion and growth,” he said.
