A 200 year old Fife inn has come onto the books of property agent Christie & Co.
Located on the A919 Dundee to St Andrews route near Leuchars, St Michaels Inn has eight en suite letting bedrooms, a 54-cover lounge bar, a public bar and a 140-capacity function suite; there’s also a detached three-bedroom owner’s house.
Christie & Co’s Ken Sims described the inn as a “highly profitable business with plenty of scope for growth”.
“Not many businesses have the quality of owner’s accommodation that this business has to offer and it will appeal to a wide range of potential buyers,” he said.
St Michaels Inn has an asking price of £795,000.
