A NEW owner is sought for a five-star bed and breakfast on the Isle of Skye.
The Clach Ghlas, which means ‘grey stone’, is built over four floors and includes a separate cottage adjacent to the main building.
The cottage contains two letting bedrooms and a private lounge with open fireplace and access to a balcony, which is shared with the main building and overlooks Loch Pooltie.
At present the cottage is the only part of the property which is let out to guests, but there are a further five bedrooms in the main building, four of which have en suite facilities.
As well as the five bedrooms, the main building includes a conservatory, family room and newly-fitted kitchen.
Andrew Dodd of selling agent Bruce & Co said Clach Ghlas enjoys year-round trade. “The Clach Ghlas would be a dream acquisition for a buyer,” he said.
Offers over £450,000 are sought for the property.
