THREE established bed and breakfast businesses are up for sale in the Scottish Highlands.

Inverness-based property agent ASG Commercial is marketing Crubenbeg guest house near Newtonmore, Inverour guest house at Spean Bridge and Guisachan House guest house in Fort William.

The business is an ideal venture for a couple looking for a lifestyle business.

Three-star Guisachan House has 17 letting bedrooms and currently trades for nine months of the year.
The property also includes three-bedroom owner’s accommodation, and has the capacity to offer evening meals. It is on the market for offers over £675,000.
The Inverour guest house at Spean Bridge, near the A82/A86 junction, also trades on a seasonal basis.
It’s being marketed as an “ideal venture for a couple looking for a lifestyle business” and has a price tag of £390,000.
Lastly, the four-star Crubenbeg guest house near Newtonmore is on the market for offers over ÂŁ425,000.
