GLASGOW restaurant La Bonne Auberge has introduced ‘wine flights’ to showcase a range of different wines.
Chosen by sommelier Sean Simpson with the restaurant’s executive chef Gerry Sharkey, the wine flights give diners the chance to taste three 50ml serves from the menu of international red and white wines.
Simpson said the initiative gives guests the ability to “cost effectively and responsibly select a number of different wines”.
