AN exhibition celebrating the heritage of Scotch whisky is to be launched in Glasgow later this month.
Scotch Whisky: From Grain to Glass will open in the Mitchell Library on May 31 and will run until July 31. It was created to mark the Scotch Whisky Association’s centenary last year and was previously displayed at The Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.
The exhibition will feature images and artefacts tracking the landmark events in the last 100 years of the industry.
SWA chief Gavin Hewitt said: “Everyone, from Scotch whisky aficionados to novices, will learn something new from the exhibition.”
