A NEW owner is sought for the Metropole cafe and bistro in Edinburgh’s south side.
Located on Newington Road, Metropole can accommodate 60 covers and currently trades from 8.30am until late offering breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
Barry McNeil of Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, said he expects a high level of interest from potential buyers.
“This is the third time I’ve been involved in the sale of the business and it has always been a very popular business when presented to the market previously,” he said. “We are confident that we can secure a buyer quickly.”
The business is being marketed with a price tag of £85,000 for the leasehold.
