PROPERTY developer Chris Stewart Group is looking for restaurateurs to occupy three spaces in Edinburgh.
The first space, at Hamilton Place in Stockbridge, is a 5700 square foot property comprising ground and lower ground levels. It is part of a four-storey listed Georgian town house.
The other two spaces form part of a significant development just off the Royal Mile.
Advocate’s Close is a £45m regeneration project in Edinburgh’s Old Town and includes a number of leisure spaces. Chris Stewart is marketing two restaurant spaces, of 3800 square-feet and 6200 square feet respectively.
Italian restaurant Zizzi has already taken a separate space within the development with a 25-year lease.
