TIA Maria has launched a new online cocktail competition.
The Twist Your Espresso Martini contest invites bartenders to create a new version of the Tia Maria Espresso Martini cocktail, which combines Tia Maria with espresso coffee and vodka.
Bartenders can submit recipes at www.tiamaria.com until May 31. The contest will be judged by a panel that includes UK Tia Maria brand ambassador Simone Caporale.
Each entrant will win a Japanese garnishing knife, with the top three presented with gift vouchers for £1000, £500 and £200.
