THE Red Leaf restaurant at Glasgow casino Alea has introduced a new £20-a-head three-course menu.
Starter dishes on the new ‘dine out’ menu include crisp fried haggis bon bons, glazed Cairnsmore goats cheese, and ham hock and chicken liver terrine, while main course options include poached smoked haddock, honey roasted pork loin, pot roasted chicken supreme on potato rosti, and spring vegetable linguine.
Desserts include white chocolate and vanilla cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding, and passion fruit crème brulee.
The new menu was created by Red Leaf head chef Jamie Walker.
Meanwhile, the restaurant has awarded a year of free meals to one of its customers following a month-long prize-draw competition.
Diners collected tickets throughout March, with the winner of the competition announced at the restaurant last weekend.
