Growth of Leith eatery a Shore thing

THE owners of an Edinburgh seafood restaurant say business has grown following the extension and refurbishment of the kitchen.

Murray and Tracey Georgeson said the revamp at the Ship on the Shore in Leith has improved efficiency in the kitchen and reduced cooking times, enabling the restaurant to serve more diners during busy periods.
The expansion came after the Georgesons secured a new £60,000 finance agreement with Santander.
“At the Ship, we have a simple approach: offer the finest ingredients, passionately prepared and expertly presented,” said Murray. “Santander supports this vision and we look forward to a prosperous future working with them.”
