Budvar aims for perfection

BUDWEISER Budvar has attempted to achieve ‘brewing perfection’ with the latest version of its Yeast Beer.

The Czech brewer was encouraged to revisit the brew after beer writer Roger Protz said the original version would have been perfect if it had been completely unfiltered.
Created by brewery Ales Dvorak, the second iteration of the beer is unfiltered as well as unpasteurised.
Commenting on the new beer Jill Sutherland, who heads Budvar’s operations in Scotland, said: “Given the right distribution, top class technical support and good cellar management, you have a best-seller on your hands.”
