THE right back-bar equipment is crucial if publicans want to achieve the perfect serve, according to the firm behind speciality spirit Jägermeister.
It launched a tap machine in 2004 and bar top freezer units in 2011 – and claims the systems have helped drive sales of Jägermeister in the UK and across the world.
“The Jägermeister Tap Machine has capacity for three bottles at a time and serves the product at the required ice cold temperature, whilst its design provides impactful stand-out in venue and raises awareness of the brand at the crucial dwell time at the bar,” said Nicole Goodwin, UK group marketing manager at Jägermeister UK. “More importantly, outlets that have installed a Jägermeister Tap Machine have on average tripled their sales of Jägermeister – proving that visibility and perfect serve is key to increasing sales and tapping into this growing profit opportunity.”
A new app has been launched for Android and iPhone which consumers can use to find nearby venues that use the machines, as well as the locations of any Jägermeister events, such as gigs and festivals.
