THE British Hospitality Association and industry training and skills body Springboard will stage a summit in Edinburgh next week to highlight the importance of work experience and apprenticeships.
Taking place at Prestonfield House on February 28, from 10am to 1pm, the Big Hospitality Conversation in Scotland will be attended by minister for youth employment and skills Angela Constance MSP.
