AN Ayrshire holiday park has changed hands in a deal worth around £4.5 million.
Turnberry Holiday Park was bought by Bridge Leisure Parks in a deal brokered by Colliers International. Situated near the golf course with views of Ailsa Craig, the 23-acre holiday park has 220 holiday home pitches.
Colliers director Richard Moss said: “The business has traded well in recent years, which is a testament to the demand for the location combined with the attentive management of the previous owner.”
