VISITORS to ScotHot in Glasgow next month will have the chance to hear the thoughts of the best emerging talent in the Scottish hospitality industry.
The Spotlight Stage, which will feature demonstrations, talks and insights into the expected trends of the future, will also include interviews with ScotHot’s reigning Young Hotelier and Young Restaurateur of the year.
The respective winners, Claire Livingston (general manger of Edinburgh’s Jury’s Inn) and James Ross Mclean (general manager of The Scottish Café and Restaurant in the National Gallery of Scotland), will share a stage with some of the trade’s most influential operators in the HotScots Power 40.
Claire and James received their awards at a ceremony before Christmas, where they were praised for their “star quality”.
