A NEW trade show devoted to a lucrative part of the UK dining out market is taking place later this month.
Casual Dining, which is being held at London’s Business Design Centre on February 26 and 27, comes after research among operators and suppliers revealed an opportunity for an event dedicated to a sector said to be worth £5 billion. Show backers include Pizza Express and Zizzi parent company Gondola Group, as well as brand such as Prezzo, Pizza Hit and Carluccio’s.
