BACARDI Brown-Forman Brands has launched its latest seasonal cocktail menu designed to help operators boost sales on the most romantic day of the year.
With St Valentine’s Day on the horizon, BBFB, whose spirits portfolio includes Bacardi, Jack Daniel’s, Bombay Sapphire and Southern Comfort, is offering outlets a range of pre-printed menus featuring drinks with a romantic flavour.
The menus, available at www.pourfection.com, include a range of love-themed serves alongside a visual of the finished drinks, plus a space for operators to add their own price point. “The new Valentine’s offering provides outlets with a simple way of making their bar stand out against the competition,” said Ian McLaren, head of product training and mixology at BBFB.
