A NEW owner is being sought for a restaurant in the Moray town of Forres.
Chapter One is said to enjoy an “enviable” location and reputation, generating a “high level” of turnover from the current six-day operation.
Selling agent ASG Commercial said the business is presented in walk-in condition.
“Its reputation for good quality food stems from creative cooking and the use of locally-sourced produce wherever possible,” said ASG Commercial’s Paul Hart.
Offers over £285,000 are sought for the business.
