MACLAY Inns is to open a pub in Broughty Ferry as part of its ongoing expansion drive.
The operator acquired the former Robertsons retail/restaurant site in the Dundee suburb in a deal brokered by CDLH. Maclay plans to launch the new food-led outlet following a £500,000 refurbishment. MD Steve Mallon said it remains “very active” on the acquisition trail.
