West end deli up for sale

McMillans Emporium, in Glasgow’s west end, was established in 2005.

A RESTAURANT and deli in Glasgow’s west end is expected to attract a high level of interest from potential buyers.

McMillans Emporium in Broomhill shopping centre, which was established in 2005 by current owner Scott McMillan, is being marketed by Christie & Co at offers over £85,000 for the leasehold.
The restaurant business is said to benefit from a strong regular customer base, while the deli is popular for takeaways.
“I am expecting a lot of interest in this popular and profitable business, which is in walk-in condition and in a very desirable trading position,” said Christie & Co’s Jonathan Clough.
“McMillan’s Emporium represents a tremendous opportunity for a new owner to put their own stamp on the business and increase turnover and profits even further.”
