A fresh chance in the capital

Pasta Fresca is a 40-cover outlet.

OPERATORS seeking premises in the centre of Edinburgh might be interested in a bistro and takeaway business that’s come onto the market.

Pasta Fresca in North Bridge Arcade, just off the Royal Mile, is a 40-cover outlet, which is currently trading as a Mediterranean bistro and takeaway. It includes a mezzanine level, which is currently used as a coin-operated internet cafe, and a small self-contained owner’s flat in the attic space.
“This is a tremendous opportunity to acquire a well-sited business, which is just a stone’s throw from Edinburgh’s Royal Mile,” said Christie & Co’s Barry McNeil.
Pasta Fresca is for sale at offers over £60,000 for the premium and a year-one rent of £20,000.
