HOTELS across the Hilton Worldwide estate have been taking part in charity activity as part of the group’s first ‘global week of service’.

The scheme saw staff from Hiltons in 90 countries volunteering with various local charities.
In Glasgow, staff helped out at the Blue Triangle Housing Association, where they helped to paint and decorate a recreational centre, while in Aberdeen staff from the Hilton Treetops and Hilton Garden Inn hotels supported Action for Children by delivering hot food and drink to homeless people.
“Every day, Hilton Worldwide team members dedicate their time, talents and energy to provide hospitality to millions of hotel guests around the world, and our Global Week of Service and other volunteer activities allow us to extend the same spirit of hospitality to the individuals and communities beyond our hotel walls,” said Christopher J. Nassetta, president and chief executive officer of Hilton Worldwide.
