Get in the saddle at Fife pub

The lease will be marketed on what the owners said will be flexible terms.

A NEW tenant is being sought for a soon to be refurbished pub in Auchtermuchty, Fife.

Red Oak Taverns is offering the Cycle Tavern for lease on what are said to be flexible terms when the current five-year tenancy expires in the “near future”.
Working with design firm Space BDM, the owners have planned a major refurbishment of the premises, which comprises a public bar and separate restaurant area; there’s also a two-bedroom flat above the pub.
Red Oak Taverns said the revamp will enhance a venue that’s said to be known for its “hearty cuisine”, live music and darts team.
The pub will be tied on beer, cider and premium packaged products and free of tie on wines and spirits.
