SUPPLIERS have given glowing reports of festive trade shows held by Wallaces Express.
Tennent Caledonian Breweries, AG Barr, Highland Spring and Coca Cola Enterprises have heaped praise on the events, which took place in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayr last month.
Attendance was up at all three shows on previous years.
Highland Spring’s Bill Constable said the shows were “exceptionally well attended by customers from all over the country”, while Sharon Kearney of Coca Cola Enterprises said they “provided a platform for CCE to discuss soft drinks with numerous customers”.
“Given the pressures of the current economic climate, it was extremely refreshing to see so many publicans invest time to make it along and engage with brand owners,” added Chris McGuigan of Tennent Caledonian Breweries.
