Supper at The Scotsman

THE Scotsman Hotel has launched a new three-course set menu that will change on a weekly basis.
The Monday Supper Club menus will be available at The Scotsman Hotel every Monday between 5.30pm and 7pm, offering customers three courses and a glass of wine for ÂŁ25 per person.
A sample menu contained a choice of three dishes for each course, including a warm courgette and thyme mousse; Loch Lomond Arctic charr and baby spinach and almond soup for starters; 8oz flat iron steak; globe artichoke and lemon thyme risotto and St Mungos beer battered fish for main course.
